Export/import configuration does not work for Shibboleth or CAS PDS

Description:
In the Primo System Administration Guide in Chapter 7: Copying Primo Data from One Computer to Another on page 45 it suggests running the following command to copy PDS configuration:
>> sh imp_pds_config.sh <imp_dir>_pds

Out of the following configuration changes for CAS and PDS to work it only correctly captured changes to tab_service.ndu. Everything else (including changes to sso_conf) was missed.

Apparently only regular (not SHIB or CAS) PDS export/import configuration is supported currently.
