    How can I change the Email address from which the emails and alerts are sent?

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    To change the Email address from which the emails and alerts are sent.

    Procedure:
    1. Go to Code Tables > Send Email and Sms
    2. Edit the description of row where parameter is 'default.email.form'* and 'default.alert.from'

     

    *yes, 'form' is correct, do not change it to 'from'.

     

    If this setting appears grayed-out (inactive), Make certain your institution in selected as Owner, and click the 'Customize' link on the far right of each row you would like to modify. 
    An institutional copy of that row will be created from the Installation level. 

    Additional Information

    Notice, Emails of a process failure (like pipe failure) is defined in General Configuration/E-mail and SMS Configuration/E-Mail Sender.
