How do I change the 'from' address for outgoing email's from Primo (e.g. Saved Search alerts,emailing list of records)
1. Go to: Primo Home > Advanced Configuration > All Code Tables.
2. Edit 'Send Email and Sms' Code Table.
3. Change email address for:
default.email.form ('form' is correct, do not change it to 'from')
These values may be customized at institution or Installation level. (Institution level is always recommended whenever possible).
Emails from a process failure (like pipe failure), are defined in General Configuration/E-mail and SMS Configuration/E-Mail Sender.
