Question

We are using Primo Analytics based on OBI on a regular basis. How can I use Primo Anlytics in my own language?

Answer

You might be temptated to use the Browser's "translate" option, such as a pop up that might appear offering this. In fact this might be working partially under certain browsers, but the best practice is to change the OBI interface to the language you wish to use.

To do this, log in to Primo Analytics through Primo. Open My Account as described below:

Then a window opens with your preferences. Wait a few seconds until it loads, and change the "User Interface Language" parameter to the language you wish to use:

This parameter should remain for future sessions.

If you are struggling with this option, feel free to raise this as a support query through the Support Portal.
