    Open access facets are not created for Primo VE local records

    Symptoms

    Open access facets are not created in Primo VE. Since June 2020 release you can define Open Access Facet in Local Catalog in Primo VE.

    Workaround

    To see the new feature in action, you will need to resave or reindex the relevant records, so they will have a new facet value in the Primo VE index.

    The semiannual indexing in February and August also fixes it.

    Also, you can build a set of relevant records and reindex them using the Recalculate local resource type
