    Problem Symptoms:
    - No location displays in calculated availability line after RTA in a certain scope.
    - OvP displays correctly (locations tab).
    - The calculated availability status displays correctly for the record in other search scopes.

    Cause:
Incorrect scope type. "library" type search scope code should be the same as an existing library code.
If such library doesn't exist, the scope should be defined as "other" type.

    Resolution:
    1. Go to Primo Back Office - Ongoing Configuration Wizards > Pipe Configuration Wizard > Scope Values Configuration and check the type of the problematic scope.
    2. If it's a library type scope, verify that the library with the same scope code is defined in the corresponding institution wizard: Go to Primo Back Office > Ongoing Configuration Wizards > Institution Wizard.
    3. If there is no library with the same scope code defined in the corresponding institution,
Go to Primo Back Office - Ongoing Configuration Wizards > Pipe Configuration Wizard > Scope Values Configuration and change the type of the problematic scope from "library" to "other".
