    Unexpected error has occured" when moving e-shelf items to sub-directory

    Problem Symptoms:
    - After login another institution than the View's default is loaded
    - It is impossible to drag items from e-shelf to a directory, an error is retrieved: "Unexpected error has occurred"
    - Fe log shows the error:
    [t-http-0.0.0.0-1701-3] [c-BaseAction] - Un

    Cause:
    This behavior is the result of Issue PRM-19592.

    Resolution:
    Fixed in SP 4.5 Issue PRM-19592.
