    Description:
We ran the Phase 1 script twice prior to upgrading to SP2.1.4
We got the following error message:

    SQL> 2 INSERT INTO temp_add_ds
    *
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-00001: unique constraint (P21_PRM00.SYS_C0012639) violated

SQL> Disconnected from Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
    The script finished successfully.
    ####

I'm unsure if this message is a problem or not.

    Resolution:
This error message is a result of running the Phase 1 script twice, but it does not harm the upgrade to SP 2.1.4.
