Configuring the Loans Full Display for Primo VE

The Loans Detailed Display mapping table enables you to specify which fields appear in the loan's full display.

Open the Loans Detailed Display mapping table (Configuration Menu > Discovery > Library Card Configurations > Loans Detailed Display).

For each field in the list that you want to display in the Loans tab, select Enabled and specify a number in the Order field to indicate the order in which the field displays in the output.
Regardless of its setting, the proxy_id field is not supported. Refer to the table below for field configuration descriptions.

Select Save to save your changes. The first time that you modify the table, select Customize.
Field tags and internal field names are read-only and cannot be modified; however, the display labels (Discovery > Labels > Loans List Labels) are customizable.

| main_location_name | Corresponds to the library. |
| secondary_location_name | Corresponds to a specific location, collection, or department within the library. |
| no_overdue_notices | Indicates the number of overdue notices that have already been sent for the loan. It reflects the notice count rather than the overdue status itself. |
| no_renewal | Not relevant for Primo VE. |
| ils_institution | Represents the institutional context associated with the loan record. In single-institution environments, it corresponds to the local institution. In fulfillment network (Network Zone) environments, it identifies the specific institution within the network that owns or manages the loan record. |
