Availability Information for Aleph and Voyager

This information is not applicable to Primo VE environments. For more details on Primo VE configuration, see Primo VE.
In general, Aleph and Voyager include the availability information in a format that is easily normalized into a single Library Level Availability field in the PNX record. Primo uses the AVA field for Aleph and the 949 field (or a substitute field in the extract procedure if it is in use) for Voyager. For more information on how Primo maps these fields to the Library Level Availability field, refer to the following templates:
Other ILS systems may export this information per copy and require a special enrichment program to map the availability information to the Library Level Availability field. See Using the Availability Enrichment Program for more information.
