Can my RefWorks account transfer to a new institution?
Answer
Yes, submit a case to Support notifying us of the new institution and the email address associated with the account to be relocated. The new institution must have RefWorks access. If the new institution does not offer RefWorks, we can explore options to retain the the user account.
