    Product: RefWorks

This one-time process is required to be completed by user when the institution changes the SSO configuration due to a server change or migration.

    Relinking steps:

    1. On the RefWorks login page, click on "Use login from my institution"

    2. Scroll through the list, or search for your institution name

    3. Click on your institution name

    4. You will be taken to the RefWorks institutional login page for the institution you selected.

    5. Type in your RefWorks account email

    6. Depending on whether you have a RefWorks account, you will see either option:

      1. If you are a new user, RefWorks will automatically create a RefWorks account, and link your institution's SSO key; and you will be authenticated into RefWorks

      2. If you are an existing user, RefWorks will automatically send and email to the email address entered

        1. In the email click the link to reassociate your login credentials.

        2. You will be redirected to RefWorks page and will be authenticated into your account.
