How should I submit an idea I have for improving RefWorks?

The Ideas Exchange platform (also accessible from the More Sites drop-down menu in the Knowledge Center) is where the exchange of ideas takes place between RefWorks administrators  and users at libraries and the product management team at Ex Libris. The ability to submit and review ideas is an invaluable source for helping to further develop RefWorks in the most effective ways.
