Legacy RefWorks CR01 refers to the version of RefWorks accessible via refworks.com

New RefWorks CR01 refers to the version of RefWorks accessible via refworks.proquest.com

You can subscribe to the email alerts directly on the System Status page by selecting the envelope icon in the column next to the appropriate version of RefWorks, typing your email address and institution, and following the instructions for subscription activation. Once your subscription is activated, you will be notified via email in the event of RefWorks Environmental issues concerning:

• Service alert information
• Performance issues
• Service disruption
• Scheduled Maintenance
