Why is my university not in the dropdown menu on the login page?
Some institutions subscribing to *Research Professional have enabled Single Sign-On access (SSO). If you cannot find your institution listed in the dropdown menu on the login page, this means that your institution has not enabled it.
To explore enabling SSO, you can contact Client Services team via our Support Form. Please note that enabling SSO will be possible provided your institution is using Shibboleth.
