How do I apply a partial credit for a Rialto invoice in Alma?

Answer   

There are two methods of applying a partial credit for a Rialto invoice:

• Paying the entire invoice and obtaining a credit for the returned item

• Manually deleting the invoice line for the returned item, amending the total payable amount and cancelling the according POL in Alma.
