Accessing Rialto Analytics reports

In Analytics:

You can always access the Rialto out of the box reports by following the below path after accessing the Analytics catalog:

Analytics Shared Folders/Community/Reports/Shared Reports/Rialto

In Alma:

Out-of-the-Box Reports have been removed from Analytics Objects List with the new Analytics menu UI. See more about this update here: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Release_Notes/2023/Alma_2023_Release_Notes?mon=202305BASE

Out-of-the-box reports no longer appear in the drop-down list when creating analytics objects, either, since they cannot be used to create analytics objects. If you want to share or schedule an out-of-the-box report in the Alma menu, save the report from within Analytics in your institution's folder with a new name and create the analytics object with that copy.

Once you save these reports to your institution folder with a new name and create the analytics object, you will be able to favorite that analytics object to the Analytics menu in Alma.
