    How do I confirm orders with the status “non-returnable Confirmation – Waiting?”

    Answer

    When our Customer Support team receives notice that an order is non-returnable from a publisher, an email will be sent to your institution’s primary contact requesting confirmation. Your institution will have 10 working days in which to respond before the order is assumed confirmed.

    At this time, there is no way to confirm these orders in Rialto.
