    How do I place a Rush order for physical titles in Rialto?

    Answer  

    If this is the first time you are placing a rush order in Rialto, please note that the Rialto Configuration team will need to process the physical item Rush setup for your institution.

    To start the procedure, please select "Rush" in the cart's Shelf-Ready section, before checking out.

    The order will be flagged as "Rush" in the system and the Configuration Team will be in contact as soon as possible to advise.
