No privileges with the correct user role

If you used to have access to some functions in Rialto and no longer do, you should check your user roles.

    1. Check if your user role is correctly configured and activated.

    2. Check if there is a duplicate role, and if this duplicate is active or inactive. The inactive role may be preventing you from having the privileges of the active role.

      1. Remove the inactive role. Log out, log in, and you should have access to the function.

For more information on the privileges of each Rialto User Roles, click here.

To manage Rialto User Roles, you must have one of the following roles:

    • User Manager

    • User Administrator
