    What does it mean when I get the error message: Rialto Vendor is missing when placing a Rialto order?

    Answer

    The Vendor Account Code used in Rialto should not be changed after implementation. This is normally set to RIALTO and if it is changed it may cause the ordering workflow to break and the error message: Rialto Vendor is missing, to appear. The Vendor name can be modified or financial codes can be added, however any alterations to the other fields should be carefully considered.
