    Question

What does the status "Claimed from Publisher" mean?

    Answer

When an order has been Claimed from Publisher, it means that our Product Team is reaching out to the respective publisher/supplier to request an update. Orders are claimed with the publisher after 30 days, and depending on the response, re-claimed every 30 days. If we get an approximate date of the release or availability, we would then use this date and send a new claim if the book is not received by that time.
