DNX property normalisers are processes which run between metadata extraction and mapping to significant properties in Rosetta DNX, and are in use by 4 extractors: GIF-hul, JPEG2000-hul, JPEG-hul, TIFF-hul, for each of the 3 properties nisoImage.colourSpace, nisoImage.compressionScheme, nisoImage.sceneIlluminant.

These 3 normalisers will be also used in coming PNG-hul JHOVE plugin for the same 3 properties.

The existing normalizers functionality is embedded in the code, and not currently configurable / expandable.
