    Can there be different delivery rules for two different Institutions?

    Question

    Since the Delivery Rules are defined at the System level, can there be different delivery rules for 2 different Institutions?

    Answer

    Yes, the rules are managed at the system level.
    However, it's possible to add an 'Owner' field as part of the IE delivery rules input parameters in order to create two separate rules; one for each institution.
