Desired Outcome Goal:
Control when the publishing configurations is run

Procedure:
Configure regular publishing from Rosetta:
1. Under Data Management > Manage Sets and Processes > Publishing Configuration List configure the publishing job.
2. Go to the Administration UI, to Advanced Configuration > Manage Scheduled Jobs and select Publishing Sync Job.
3. Schedule the job hourly / daily / weekly / monthly
