Format library GitHub connection error

Symptoms

Rosetta Manage Format Library Version page does not show list of Available format library versions. Following error appears (Error retrieving Format library catalog)

Workaround

The issue might be related to the GitHub API rate limit. Revisit this page one hour later. 

If the issue persists, please contact Ex Libris support.
