How to remove a file from IE in TA

Desired Outcome Goal:
Remove a file from an IE that is in TA
Procedure:
1. Reject the SIP
2. The producer can then login in the deposit area, and under the directory "returned", he will then :
* edit the SIP
* remove the unwanted file
* click resubmit.
Additional Information
This only works if the SIPs were ingested manually, not through NFS
