    Desired Outcome Goal:
To save PDF files using the FlexPaper viewer in Rosetta

    Procedure:
The FlexPaper viewer is highly secure and so does not allow download and print.
As a work-around, make the following configuration changes to enable download/print.
These changes enable PDFs to be streamed to the browser so that Adobe plug-in options are available (including print/save).
    1. Go to Advanced Configuration > Delivery > PDF File Delivery Rules > Delivery Rule Details
    2. In the "Default Rule Output Parameter" section of the configuration, for Viewer, choose "File Viewer" (instead of FlexPaper).
    3. Use this URL to test making sure to replace "hostname" with the institution's hostname and "IE####" with the IE to test with: http://<hostname>:1801/delivery/DeliveryManagerServlet?dps_pid=IE####
