SIP is failing MD validation in Approver

Problem Symptoms:
A SIP is not moving to Permanent, it is failing in the Approver, with message 'MD Validation Error'
Cause:
The Cause of that is that the DC ingested don't fit the Metadata Profile used to validate this SIP
1. Find the Metadata Profile selected in the Material Flow used for this ingestion (
2. Compare this Metadata Profile with the ingested DC
Resolution:
1. Modify the Metadata Profile to fit the ingested DC
2. Move to Permanent again
Additional Information
If some of the dc ingested are not available to be added in the Metadata Profile, please follow KCS 000025869 to add those dc to the Dublincore configuration file
