    Question

What is the IE status used for (e.g. Active or Suppressed)?

    Answer

The IE status is an indexed DNX metadata field out of the box.
Use this field to filter out records with the “suppressed” status when publishing or exporting the repository records.

Users with a direct link can view the records (ARs are the only supported method for preventing access).

Staff will still be able to search and retrieve those records when logged in to Rosetta.
