Managing Full-Text

You can manage full-text files in Rosetta and perform the following actions:
  • Extract a full-text file from a digital file
  • Upload a full-text file for a digital file
  • Delete a full-text file that is associated with a digital file
To Manage full-text files in Rosetta:
  1. Select a file from the web editor and select Manage Full-text from the drop-down list. The following appears:

  1. To upload a new full-text file or replace an existing full-text file for the digital file, select Upload and select the file that you want to upload. The file must have the .txt extension.
  2. To extract full text from the digital file, select Extract. This runs the Extract Full Text Task Chain and task for the digital file to extract the full-text.
  3. To delete a full-text file associated with the digital file, select Delete. This runs the Delete Full Text Task Chain and task for the digital file to delete the associated full-text file.
  4. Click Continue.

Rosetta performs the action you selected.

To download the full-text file associated with a digital file, click download full text.
