Our fiscal year runs from July to June. We are a TotalCare customer.
How do we access our old, archived STATS for reports at the beginning of the New Year?
This is the workflow to reload SFX stats for TotalCare customers:
 STATS will be archived regularly.
 Those archives will remain available -- no archived STATS are deleted.
 Whenever you need to run reports on archived STATS , please submit an SI for SFX (TotalCare Team) and the required full year-and-a-half (or more) of STATS will be made available online for a period of time while you run reports.
 When you are done running reports, please notify the TC Team via the SI and the old STATS will be removed from online access.
