Contribution Requests Fails with Error Message

Problem Symptoms:
After submitting a contribution from KBManager, a dialog box is received with the error: "Failed sending contribution request."
Cause:
Firewall port 3443 not open
Resolution:
On the server firewall, open port 3443 to the Ex Libris API server which receives the contributions: https://sfxcontribution.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com:3443/sfxlcl41/cgi/core/contribution_srv.cgi
Additional Information
The contribution server is configured in the /exlibris/sfx_ver/sfx4_1/sfxglb41/config/ contribution.config_ file in the connection section.
