Error in the message received from the collection tool

Description:
A synchronization problem has been found in the collection tools where the final status of the process and the messaged sent automatically when the process is finished don’t necessarily match.
Apparently, although the job is finished correctly an error message is received.
This issue is currently investigated by our development team.
