    Error message when using DirectLink

    Problem Symptoms:
    Error message appears instead of SFX menu or vendor site when DirectLink is active

    Cause:
    Debugging in SFX Menu Screen is active

    Resolution:
    1. In the SFX Admin, click the Debugging menu
    2. Deactivate Debugging in the SFX menu screen
