    Description:
Our SFX menu has the GO button (or the SFX button) missing for one specific target service.
It appears next to other services of the same type, and there was no major customization done to the SFX Menu template files.

    Resolution:
The problem most likely is that the target service in your KBManager has a blank parser field, i.e. the parser definition for the target service is missing. Please double-check what the correct parser should be by comparing the service with the default sfxglb3 configuration, consulting our Target Configuration document, or contacting your local SFX support center via our CRM system. After you find the correct parser, enter it into the parser field of the target service to resolve the problem.
