    Go button in SFX menu has no effect

    Problem Symptoms:
    Clicking the Go button or target name in the SFX menu has no effect

    Cause:
    This error may occur if the symbolic link broken for target_list.tmpl

    Resolution:
    1. Login to the UNIX environment as the local instance user
    2. Rename /exlibris/sfx_ver/sfx4_1/<instance>/templates/sfxmenu/target_list.tmpl to create a backup version
    3. Recreate the symbolic link to the global version of the file:
    ln -s /exlibris/sfx_ver/sfx4_1/sfxglb41/templates/sfxmenu/target_list.tmpl

    Additional Information

    If target_list.tmpl contains look and feel customization, code should be added manually by comparing to the global version
