    Google Scholar Registration inaccessible in SFX Admin

    Problem Symptoms:
    Google Scholar Registration menu is grayed out in the SFX Admin

    Cause:
    Google Scholar option is missing or inactive in user_permissions.config

    Resolution:
    1. ssh to the server as the local instance UNIX user
    2. Type: cn
    3. Open user_permissions.config in a file editor
    4. Under the section pertaining to the SFX Admin user profile (e.g. Section "Administrator"), add or update the following line:
    GOOGLE_SCHOLAR.WRITE "Y"
    5. Save the file
    6. Google Scholar Registration will be available upon login to SFX Admin
