How to Enable Customer Contributions

Desired Outcome Goal:
Enable the Customer Contribution feature in the KB Manager for reporting additions and changes to the MISCELLANEOUS KB targets
Procedure:
1. In the SFX Admin, go to the SFX Admin Users menu
2. For each user where this should be active, select the enable check box
3. Add the email address(es) of each user who should receive updates regarding the contribution
