Remove SFX Link in Google Scholar

Description

When performing a search in Google Scholar, our old SFX link is still displayed.
Going to Google Scholar > Settings > Library links, and searching for our library, you find our institution twice.

How can we get an old Google Scholar link removed?

Resolution

Open a SalesForce case and ask for the SFX link to be removed.

Choose the SFX asset if it is still available for you.

If you are no longer an ExLibris customer and cannot open a SalesForce case, send an email to SFXsupportescalation@exlibrisgroup.com.

In the case or the email, please include both the hostname and institution name which should be removed.

Note that it takes 7-10 days for the change to be reflected in Google Scholar.
