    Description:
    A problematical behavior was indicated in SFX4 kb manager;
    when a target service parser is localized, the object portfolios are affected and use the new TS parser instead of their own global parser.
    This behavior didn’t occur in SFX3.

    Resolution:
    From issue resolution:
    Fixed in 4.1.4.
