    Description:
    A difference has been found in the behavior of SFX4 Admin Center as appose to SFX3.
    In SFX3 when a target or a target service was inactivated, it was presented in gray print to emphasize the fact it isn’t activated.
    This behavior does not occur in SFX4 Admin and the print persists in black print.
