    Description:
    When the country chosen is ‘Taiwan’ In the Configuration of the AZ,
    Chinese titles in the A-Z List will be sorted by Stroke sequence.

    An ISSN that starts with number (i.e. Title: 21?? ISSN:1005-2984) creates an error in the AZ log –

    Title for Taiwan cannot contain non-Chinese Traditional characters (not even numbers), otherwise it cannot be converted into stroke sequence.
