Description:
Two problems with the 'site down' flag in SFX 4 were detected:

1. The ‘Site down’ flag doesn’t display alternative text for the ‘Go’ button in the SFX menu, if inserted.
2. If a future date is chosen, the ‘site down’ massage appears right away although the date hasn’t been reached yet.

The fix to this issue is planned to be released as part of S.P- 4.1.3
