Unable to edit Display Logic entries in SFX Admin

Problem Symptoms:
When editing Display Logic tab, clicking on the Add or Edit buttons results in a static blank window.

Cause:
Country / Headers not defined in the A-Z eJournal List Configuration page

Resolution:
1) Open the "A-Z eJournal List" Configuration page
2) Expand the LANGUAGE section
3) Select appropriate country from the dropdown and choose headers.
4) Click the "save default profile" button
