    Description:
We received an answer from Columbia University Press that they do not support OpenURL at this time.
    What does this mean?

    Resolution:
This means you won't be able to see an SFX button in the CUP (Columbia University Press) platform and CUP cannot be an SFX source. There is not currently a Columbia University Press target in the SFX KB.

If you want to make a link from SFX to CUP, you would use a local SFX KB Target.

You can add a local target and also ask HQ to add them to SFX as a target via a Knowledge Base MeToo request (no guarantee, but at least they'd be on the list and visible for other customers to MeToo). The ELUNA SFX listserv might be another source of information from other customers.
