changes not taking effect after editing a .pm file

Description:
After editing / localizing/ customizing a perl module (.pm file) or parser, my expected changes are not taking effect

Resolution:
In SFX version 3, apache needs to be restarted for the instance whose user has made any changes in a perl module (.pm file), in order for the changes to take effect. After saving and quitting the file, when returned to the user prompt, simply type: apachectl restart . The restart should take less than one second. Alternately, you can restart the instance apache using our server_armin_util tool, using option 1 - Stop/Start Services and then Option 8 - instance apache restart.
