warning message when cleaning OAI tables

The message:
"Subroutine debug redefined at /exlibris/sfx_ver/sfx4_1/yogevh/lib/SFXMenu/Debug.pm line 14." appears on the screen when the records of the OAI_REPOSITORY table are been deleted via the server_admin_util (5>9>1).

This error is harmless and is being investigated by SFX development team.
