Citation Online There are two scenarios:
    • Your library does not have full text access to the resource,
    • The patron has performed an "open search". For more information, see Add Results Beyond Your Library's Collection.
    Check Availability

Your OPAC server did not return the availability within a short period of time. When this happens, the system will time out and display Check Availability instead of the actual availability.
