Summon: Availability Statuses

What do the different availability statuses mean?

Availability statuses will be displayed as follows:

Summon displays this:	When this occurs:
Full Text Online	Your library has full-text access to a resource.
Citation Online	There are two scenarios: Your library does not have full text access to the resource, The patron has performed an "open search". For more information, see Add Results Beyond Your Library's Collection.
Check Availability	Your OPAC server did not return the availability within a short period of time. When this happens, the system will time out and display Check Availability instead of the actual availability.
