Misleading note using dup. inst. wizard for consortia

Description:
When the duplication instance wizard copies KB, it lists the numbers from CKB even though for consortia the records are being duplicated from TST.
This does not cause incorrect processing, only the note that is displayed in the wizard is misleading.
